Mentored Guidance for Yoga Teachers

Be inspired by working with sequences of asana and pranayama through the lens of an Iyengar Yoga technique, and with the support of Sue Everett; senior yoga teacher & mentor.

Be encouraged & guided to reach into your cumulative experience and find ways to expand upon and deepen your practice &  teaching skills.

Being mentored through Yoga Teacher Development begins with communication and trust built through an exchange of ideas about constructive technique, appropriate prop usage for therapeutic applications and effective hands-on adjustments for asana’s that directly impact our student’s bodies and breath.

During each Teacher Development session, be it individual or within a group based structure, I welcome questions and encourage note-taking & inclusive discussions.

I feel Teacher Development needs to offer a supportive space to workshop ideas and find clear pathways to broaden & develop our experience as teachers of yoga.

Receptivity, Structure & Creativity...
We all need input and support at times

I offer Yoga Teacher Development Seminars for groups via online learning as well as in-studio venues in different locations within Australia and overseas.

Alternatively, you can sign up for a Mentored Yoga Teacher Development Program for ongoing individual support.

Or simply book a personal one-on-one mentoring session, available by appointment, either held in studio, or via Zoom.

I am a ‘Continuing Education Provider’ registered with Yoga Australia, Yoga Alliance (USA), and Iyengar Yoga Australia.
If you are a trainee or teacher member of these associations’ your attendance with me will count towards your Continuing Education or Continuing Professional Development Requirements.

See my Yoga Teacher Development options below. Or fill out my contact form and let’s discuss a way forward together.

Teachers & trainees, this option offers you more support in deepening your skills, and intensifying your personal practice through a more structured learning framework that can be tailored to your needs.

This structure of the MYTD Program primarily consists of practical and experiential learning content delivered via PDF manuals and online contact.

Practice sequences are given for you to use in your personal practice of asana and pranayama.

Scheduled one-to-one contact time via Zoom is used for Q&A plus practical feedback.

Please email me to receive the program outline & fees

This option is through direct group contact in-studio. (See host studio dates below).

Support is offered through an exchange of ideas about constructive technique, appropriate prop usage for therapeutic applications and effective hands-on adjustments for asana’s that directly impact our student’s bodies and breath.

During Teacher Development Seminars, I welcome questions and encourage note-taking & inclusive discussions to ensure the content is relevant for each particular teacher’s group.
